Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize formulations for new product lines.
- Plan and execute lab-scale and pilot-scale formulation trials.
- Create development documentation and transfer packages for manufacturing.
- Work closely with regulatory and QA teams for launch readiness.
Requirements
- M.Pharm or equivalent in Pharmaceutics or related specialization.
- Strong understanding of formulation development workflows.
- Experience with documentation for scale-up and technology transfer.
- Problem-solving mindset with collaborative communication skills.
